Currently working as a Product Quality Specialist at Blys, a leading wellness platform in Australia. In this role, I contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital products by actively participating in the development process from start to finish. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with both business objectives and user expectations.

My key responsibilities include verifying web and mobile features, identifying and reporting bugs, and providing actionable feedback to improve usability. I collaborate with designers to maintain a seamless user experience and support developers by validating fixes and enhancements. I also take part in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to help drive continuous improvement in product quality and team processes.

As a Product Owner, I'm good at leading teams and projects. I make sure everyone knows what they're doing and works well together. I talk to clients to find out what they need and keep them updated on progress. I'm also good at making decisions. I figure out what needs to happen now and what's important for the future. My goal is always to do the best job possible and make sure everyone's happy with the results.

As a Product Owner, my responsibilities are to lead projects, coordinate with teams and clients, and gather requirements. I prioritize tasks, manage backlogs, and ensure clear communication. Additionally, I make informed decisions to balance short-term and long-term goals, focusing on product vision and quality assurance. I drive project success by guiding the team and delivering a product that meets stakeholders' needs. The products that I own are, VEDA School MIS, SCHOOLBOARD School MIS, VEDA Attendance and Payroll and DOKO Recyclers

During my career, I had opportunities to lead the projects for the International Clients and external Clients. I have been handling the international version of Veda MIS for the international schools in Brunei and an external project for DOKO Recyclers. I have built a good relationship with the international reseller partners and stakeholders and have maintained a healthy communication flow.

I have been responsible for collaborating with reseller partners and clients and ensuring that the system and the mobile application run smoothly without inconveniences to users. I am responsible for maintaining the backlogs, and feature requirements and analyzing and responding to valuable feedback from the clients and end users. I also hold the responsibility for designing the mobile app for DOKO Recyclers and feasible reports for their daily operations. The projects that I led are VEDA Attendance and SCHOOLBOARD School MIS.

After the good knowledge of the system, I upgraded to the evaluation and analysis of the system which can be termed as Quality Analyst (Tester). Currently, I am the QA tester and analyst for the Ingrails Company. Along with the QA, I even handle the operations and be acknowledged for the issues and difficulties faced by the users.

My responsibilities are to test the system, find errors and assign the responsible persons for the improvement. I also help to grow the system acknowledging the system faults and flaws. VEDA Guru App, VEDA Students App, VEDA Web App, SCHOOLBOARD Teachers App, SCHOOLBOARD Students App and VEDA Attendance System are some of the major products that I have worked on.
